We are seeking a Stock Controller / Compounding Assistant to start ASAP. This role offers variety - splitting time between stock control and assisting with labelling, preparing, and packing medical goods. About the Role
As a Stock Controller / Compounding Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy while assisting in the preparation of essential medical products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage stock control, including receiving, storing, and organising inventory.
Pick, pack, and label medical goods with precision and accuracy.
Differentiate between similar-looking products, ensuring correct selection.
Handle stock efficiently, including lifting boxes up to 20kg when required.
Maintain accurate records and follow strict safety and handling procedures.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines and ensure quality control.
About You
Previous experience in stock control, warehousing, or a similar role is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling medical goods.
Ability to read and understand drug names, vial sizes, and differentiate between similar items.
Physically fit and comfortable with occasional manual handling of up to 20kg
Reliable, organised, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to follow procedures meticulously.
