My client, a key Government department are currently looking for a talented marketing advisor to join their team on a 3-month temporary assignment. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that will be working to assist with marketing through important events.
Your new role
As the Marketing and Events Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering corporate marketing solutions to support a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team, engaging with a diverse array of professionals. Your focus will be on promotions through events, developing merchandise, and collaborating with event and graphic designer teams. Additionally, you will work across a variety of projects within the department, ensuring effective and impactful marketing initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive marketing and communications experience within a public sector or similar environment
- Proven relationship building with stakeholders at a variety of levels with competing priorities
- Outstanding written and communications abilities that can be tailored to a variety of different audiences
- Ability to work autonomously as well as integrate into a team
- Manage a large workload with competing priorities and tight deadlines with complete accuracy
- Experience arranging events tailored towards B2B
- Ability to serve as a contact point for various teams.
