Hays are currently
working with a well-known education organisation who are looking for their next
EA to the CIO, on a 12-month FTC, paying up to $85k + 17% superannuation.
Your new role
As the EA to the CIO,
you will be responsible for coordinating a range of administration activities
aimed at supporting the day-to-day activities of the CIO, ensuring the maximum
available time during the day. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for the
following but not limited to:
Manage the CIO’s
diary, calls, emails, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and format
documents, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate Board
meetings, prepare and distribute papers, take minutes, and follow up on
actions.
Maintain confidential
records and filing systems.
You will be required
to problem solve and think on your feet so you must have strong initiative and
thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
In addition, you will be a natural
born organiser with impeccable time management skills.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for
this role you must demonstrate experience in an EA/ PA position. You will also
have the following skills and qualities:
Excellent time
management, communication, organisational skills - Proficient with MS Office.
Experience in diary
management / organising travel arrangements, events, and functions.
Demonstrated
problem-solving skills, with the ability to use discretion and knowledge to
determine appropriate actions.
Ability to manage a
varied workload and work under pressure.
