Hays are currently working with a well-known
Architecture company who are looking for their next Studio Manager, paying up
to $85k + superannuation in Claremont.
Your new role
As the studio manager, you will play a crucial role in
ensuring efficient studio operations and supporting the team where needed. Your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited too;
Greet clients and prepare the boardroom for meetings.
Answer phones and manage office supplies.
Oversee office maintenance and ensure office systems
and protocols are up to date.
Prepare meeting minutes and fee proposals.
Advise management on staff workloads and capacity.
Manage human resources-related enquiries and provide
support and guidance.
Manage and monitor staff leave and hiring processes.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare monthly project invoices.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role and your
excellent organisational skills will lead you to your success, as will;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of attention to detail.
Proactive and adaptable.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional phone manner.
Ability to work on a variety of tasks autonomously.
Willingness to learn and collaborate.
