7/7 Roster - Drive-in-drive out on a daily basis from Perth's southern suburbs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage civil works, including tailings dam construction and upgrades.
- Supervise daily activities on-site to ensure compliance with project plans, safety standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and site personnel for seamless execution of projects.
- Conduct inspections to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Address challenges and ensure adherence to environmental and regulatory requirements.
About You:
- Proven experience working on WA mine sites.
- Strong knowledge and practical expertise in tailings dams and civil infrastructure projects.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
- Comprehensive understanding of mine site safety protocols and regulations.
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt in high-pressure environments.
- Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or related fields preferred.
