Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a dedicated, results-driven administrator who is passionate about making a positive impact and helping others within the community. This key role will provide essential administrative support and exceptional customer service to stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of quality services within the Community Aged Care portfolio. Our Community Aged Care services assist older individuals in maintaining their independence at home and staying active in the community.
As part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, you will demonstrate excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills. You will have the ability to take initiative, problem-solve effectively, and manage competing priorities and deadlines with ease.

What can you expect to be doing?
- Provide efficient and high-quality administrative support, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update records and databases to support seamless service delivery and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal meetings and training sessions.
- Monitor and track training progress and compliance, providing regular reports as needed.
- Contribute to the preparation of accurate and insightful reports.
- Arrange meeting logistics, including setup, minute-taking, and documentation, as required.
What do you need to bring?
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Diploma of Business Administration (desirable).
- Current driver’s licence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling efficient and effective customer service to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive, collaborative team.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate-Advanced Excel), client information systems, and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Demonstrated experience with basic accounting, finance, or accounts administration tasks.
