We are seeking a Workforce Information & Systems Support Officer to provide essential system support within a state department's Corporate Services team. This role focuses on supporting workforce information systems, ensuring data accuracy, assisting with system enhancements, and delivering quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide first-line support for workforce systems, including Timewise and CHRIS21
✅ Ensure data integrity through regular audits and reconciliations
✅ Develop and maintain user guides and system documentation
✅ Generate standard and ad-hoc reports for workforce analytics
✅ Collaborate with HR, Finance, and ICT teams to optimise system usage
Skills & Experience:
✔ Experience in HRMS system administration (Timewise and CHRIS21 experience highly desirable)
✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
✔ Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (including intermediate Excel)
✔ Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information:

🔹 National Police Clearance (NPC) required for the role
