Your New Role:
As a Travel Retail Field Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring sells-ins and sell-outs, and driving market share growth throughout the territory. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Implementing negotiated animation plans.
- Seizing opportunities at points of sale.
- Undertaking regular field visits.
- Coaching, training, and motivating the sales staff.
- Controlling merchandising.
- Developing strong customer relationships.
