Your new role
As part of a major acquisition, this role will involve leading and coordinating resources to deliver small to medium-sized projects with medium to high complexity. Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee technology implementation activities, including managing change records and preparing cutover run sheets.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meticulously plan the transition to production.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools, particularly for scheduling tasks.
- Previous experience with implementations in the banking sector is highly advantageous.
- Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders, such as asset teams.
- Banking experience is preferred,
- Technical skills are a priority; experience with cards and lending is a bonus for this role
What you'll need to succeed
- Looking for candidates with Advanced Microsoft skills due to scheduling aspect
- Candidates with deployment background or environments background
- Experience working in complex corporate / program environments.
- Managing small or medium projects (up to $1m) of low to medium complexity or managing a stream within a larger project or program.
- Banking and financial services experience, particularly in wealth management and superannuation.
