We are seeking a proactive IT Change & Communications Analyst to support the change and communication planning for IT project roll outs, including new systems and updating applications. This role is critical in enabling faster adoption of new processes and technologies by preparing impacted teams and ensuring clear, timely, and engaging communication.
Success in this role relies on your ability to translate complex technical information into clear, everyday language that makes change accessible and meaningful for stakeholders at all levels. You’ll support the delivery of communication plans for technology rollouts or updates, assist with stakeholder mapping and engagement, and create user-friendly materials such as guides, FAQs, and intranet content. You’ll also help coordinate training sessions and feedback surveys, gather insights from impacted teams, and provide support to senior change managers and project leads throughout the change process.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute change and communication strategies for projects delivered by Group IT.
Collaborate with project teams to develop communication materials and support resources.
Engage with stakeholders to identify and document change impacts across process, technology, operating models, behaviours, and culture.
Coordinate multi-channel communication forums to ensure project readiness and user engagement.
Provide guidance and support to project teams, end-users, and stakeholders.
Contribute to building team maturity and capability in communication and change execution.

Strong working relationships across teams
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
4–5 years’ experience in change and communications within large organizations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities
Experience supporting technology change initiatives
High adaptability and the ability to manage competing priorities
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Proficiency in building relationships across multiple organizational levels
A talent for simplifying technical content to ensure understanding and engagement.
Qualifications
Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or Change Management would be advantageous.
