About the Role
Join a busy hospital mail room team for a 6-month contract, where you'll play a key role in ensuring efficient mail distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and small parcels across the hospital
Ensure timely and accurate delivery to various departments and personnel
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail
Handle confidential documents with discretion and professionalism
Liaise with internal teams to manage mailroom inquiries and requests
Perform general clerical duties to support the mailroom operations
About You
Physically fit and comfortable with a role that involves frequent walking
Friendly, Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must hold a valid Working With Children Check (issued within 5 years) and National Police Check (issued within 2 years)
