Summary: General Accountant to execute a variety of financial procedures, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, forecasting and budgeting
Responsibilities:
1/ Managing accounts payable & Receivable
Prepare and submit Debit Note to customer accuracy and on time, follow up to get confirmation
Issue invoices in VNPT and SAP, revert accrual revenue the previous month
Collect debts from customers.
2/ Preparing Monthly reports:
3/ Preparing Yearly reports:
4/ Preparing Budget & Forecast
5/ Others
Check and confirm VAT monthly for TVL, quarterly for TGLV, WHT incur
Follow up to clear long outstanding Tax pending (tax reconcile for TVL, TGLV)
Billing for Inter-Co transaction timely & correctly
Prepare the document for DTA exemption and transfer pricing
Workflow system maintenance
Correct and sufficient documents storing of: Output invoice
Updated SOP every 6 months for all in charge procedures and comply with those SOP
Customer PL review with GD, OPS
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a General Accountant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, VNPT), strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance.
Good analytical skills, communication skills, and organizational skills
