Job Description Summary
Responsible for handling the company’s end to end sourcing operations locally. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, developing and implementing procurement strategies, and overseeing the end-to-end procurement process. You will have one direct report who will support you in your role.
As a Procurement Manager, you will:
- Engage with fellow Procurement team members to partner senior management of suppliers. Gather requirement to define sourcing and category management.
- Support Audit, IT, Training and Process implementation. Advise stakeholders on all aspects of procurement.
- Be a point of contact within Procurement to employees and suppliers to drive adoption and provide excellent customer service for sourcing activities (including Property Leasing / Sub-Contractor (Manpower & Transport) / Fleet / Logistics) in real-time.
- Support end-to-end sourcing, negotiation, contracts, saving tracking.
- Provide support to Tendering team in Bids for new Business. Promote Procurement programs to ensure employees are fully educated on processes and policies.
- Analysis spend data to identify cost reduction opportunities and align best practices.
- Measure and achieve key targets aligned with Procurement KPIs Dashboard, such as cost reduction, cost avoidance savings, cashflow enablement, spends managed, supplier compliance, purchase order coverage, internal client satisfaction, etc.
- Coordinate with Legal to ensure supplier compliance with Toll contractual terms.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Degree in Business, Management or equivalent.
- Over 3 years track record in Procurement/Supply Chain (Contract Logistic), real estate is preferred.
- Skilled in contract & supplier management, sourcing (Contract Logistic) and SAP experience preferred.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Ability to engage and influence across different levels.
- Vietnamese and English proficiency
