Standard working week at 38hrs across shifts between 6:00am to 6:00pm (6:00am – 2:00pm or 10:00am to 6:00pm) Saturday shifts also to be worked.

As the Operations Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our logistics and supply chain operations, driving efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Direct, coordinate, and supervise warehouse operations to achieve service objectives.
Plan and coordinate activities autonomously to achieve daily results and contribute to strategic goals.
Build and enhance team capabilities, ensuring high standards of work and safety.
Identify and develop opportunities to grow the business with innovative solutions.
Assess customer needs and provide effective solutions, ensuring long-term commitment to Toll.
Supervise and guide team members, providing direction and training.
Coordinate work activities and ensure department throughput is maximised.
About You:
Extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management.
Strong understanding of warehousing and management systems (WMS).
Ability to identify and remedy operational inefficiencies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Commitment to safety and environmental sustainability.
Proficiency in managing business plans and KPIs.
