We are currently recruiting for an RPO Talent Acquisition Manager to lead an outsourced RPO solution with a customer who is in the Resources and Mining Industry. This is a full time 12 month role commencing immediately based in Adelaide.
You’ll;
- Lead and take full responsibility for the successful management of the client account and service delivery
- Achieve budget and growth on the client account by maximising fees and recognising opportunities
- Maintain an effective partnership with the client and continually develop account initiatives
- Manage 2 direct reports – Talent Acquisition Partners.
- Partner with key stakeholders on the client account and recognise further growth opportunities
- Actively promote Hays’ service by offering to engage the client at every opportunity
What you'll need to succeed
- Located in South Australia possessing recruitment experience in the mining sector would be an advantage
- Demonstrated team leadership skills
- Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers
- Proud of your strong track record exceeding targets
- Solution focussed, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those your encounter
- Ambitious to think beyond to achieve improved solutions for clients, candidates and colleagues
- Adaptable and agile, able to constantly seek new opportunities in the market
- Highly collaborative and possess strong interpersonal skills
