About the Role
As the Senior Project Manager, you will assume end-to-end responsibility for managing complex infrastructure projects, from engaging design consultants and leading client workshops to managing procurement processes and overseeing construction delivery. Your leadership, stakeholder management, and contract administration skills will be essential in driving successful outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Lead project delivery through planning, design, procurement, and construction phases.
- Engage and coordinate with design consultants, run design workshops, and meet evolving client needs.
- Manage the development of tender packages, conduct site inspections, and oversee procurement processes including addenda, queries, and clarifications.
- Oversee construction commencement by auditing contractor progress, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and contributing to cost reporting and contract management.
- Provide regular project updates and internal reports using Microsoft Office and internal cost reporting systems
- Other duties as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Must have Australian full working rights.
- Strong experience in client management, project programming, and cost reporting and procurement.
- Background in either client-side or construction contractor contract administration roles.
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
