Your new role
This role encompasses a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Responsibilities include prioritising tasks, managing a small team, ordering for store sections, optimising buying strategies, managing inventory and stock control, resolving conflicts, troubleshooting issues, and conducting commercial analysis and planning. Multiple positions are available, and candidates will be matched to roles that best suit their skill sets and capabilities.
- Prioritising tasks within the store to ensure smooth operations.
- Efficiently managing a small team.
- Ordering for an entire section within the store, both electronically and with sales representatives.
- Optimising smart buying strategies, particularly for promotions.
- Managing inventory and stock control, focusing on use-by dates and markdowns.
- Resolving conflicts effectively.
- Troubleshooting issues across the store.
- Conducting commercial analysis and planning to drive store performance.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven management experience is essential.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

- Proficiency in electronic ordering systems.
