With a robust client base and a range of exciting projects in the education and state-significant space, this organisation is highly esteemed. They boast a medium-sized team of skilled planners. Following their recent success in securing several high-profile projects, they are now seeking a forward-thinking and self-driven Senior Planner for an initial 12-month contract.
Your new role
As a Senior Planner at this nationally acclaimed firm, you will engage in a diverse array of challenging projects throughout the Sydney metro area, aiming to achieve outstanding results. Your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:
- Providing statutory advisories and approvals, conducting feasibility assessments, and reviewing property portfolios.
- Engaging in strategic planning, rezoning, and preparing large-scale Statements of Environmental Effects.
- Managing stakeholders, including liaising with councils, developers, and state government agencies.
What you'll need to succeed
You should possess a relevant tertiary qualification in Urban Planning and have substantial industry experience in NSW as a Town Planner. This includes a minimum of 3–5 years in a planning role.
