Our client is a well-known, reputable leader in their field who is based on the Northern end of the Gold Coast. With over 30 years of industry experience, they produce a quality product and pride themselves on their top tier service. Due to their continued success, a temporary administrator is required to join their team in a temporary role for approx 3 months.
Your new role
As the temporary administrator, you will be responsible for:
- First point of contact, handling enquiries and providing product and service information
- Greeting clients face to face
- Data entry and database management
- Providing quotes to customers
- Order processing
- Email management
- Updating Excel spreadsheets
- General administration support to the team
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have:
- Previous administration experience (minimum of 12 months), ideally within the manufacturing or construction industry
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- The proven ability to build and maintain relationships and provide a high level of customer service
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive attitude and work ethic
What you'll get in return
