Training Officer – Clerk Grade 9/10 – Ongoing About us Legal Aid NSW helps people with their legal problems. We can help people with most areas criminal law, family law and every day civil law legal issues. We give legal advice, help at court and do family dispute resolution. We can do this over the telephone or at one of our 28 offices.
About the role The Training Officer develops, coordinates and delivers induction and ongoing training and training resources for staff and private panel lawyers to ensure best practice administrative decision making, consistent and high quality systems and process application and high quality client service.
The Training Officer manages and coordinates the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex projects in the grants administration team of the Client Service Unit to support the achievement of organisational objectives in consultation with the Principal Manager Grants Administration.
About you You have extensive experience in developing, implementing and evaluating, training programs and resources to meet compliance and best practice in technical/ systems and customer service environments. Your communication approach in delivery is tailored to diverse audiences that enables your audience to distinctively achieve learning objectives and apply information being delivered.
You flexibly adapt to changing circumstances in a high-volume environment and ensure that outcomes and project deliverables are met within set timeframes and budgets.
With your exceptional knowledge and experience in developing and implementing training programs, you are able to apply innovative ideas, collaborate and iterate in response to audience feedback..
We may use this recruitment to create a talent pool for similar ongoing or temporary vacancies we have over the next 18 months.
