About You
We seek a motivated individual with exceptional relationship-building skills and a commitment to Indigenous causes. Your proactive approach and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders will be key to your success. You might come from a background in communications, sales, public relations, business and finance, the not-for-profit sector or other fields involving strong relationship-building. We offer training in best practices for fundraising through a comprehensive programme, enhancing your skills and impact in this role.
You will also have:
- Proven experience working with Indigenous leaders
- Demonstrated experience working with leaders in business, community and/or government
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Able to successfully navigate complexity
- A curiosity mindset and desire to learn

Support for Indigenous staff
- Cultural leave: Indigenous staff members are entitled to up to five days non-cumulative paid leave per calendar year for the purpose of attending NAIDOC, community, cultural and ceremonial activities.
