Transitions Services Manager - Forrestfield WA
The Opportunity
The Transitions Service Manager is to support the Regional Manager in relation to performance outcomes of Providers and suppliers involved in the provision of removal and storage services.
The role also supports the Regional Manager with the day-to-day management of the Defence Account. This role also will manage 1-2 direct reports.
As the Transitions Services Manager, you will:
Managing and developing the team in performing a range of services which includes conducting Pre-Removal Visits (PRVs), Removal Service visits (RSVs) and assessment of Notice of Loss or Damage.
Conduct Store-house inspections and Provider Performance reviews in consultation with the Regional Manager.
Develop strong relationships with Providers, maintaining mechanisms of review while promoting innovative solutions to ensure that successful delivery of contract requirements.
Have a working knowledge of the contractual documentation relating to Removal Service Providers including Deed of Agreement, Statement of Requirements and Minimum Standards.
Assisting the Regional Manager with the reporting of Provider WHS incidents and safety conversations via TRAC and initiate programs to drive reporting and addressing safety incidents and accidents.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Monitor and manage key performance indicators
Practical knowledge of the removals industry and Providers
Ability to estimate household meterage combined with a good understanding of industry packing, loading and storage practices
Complaint resolution and writing skills
