Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an energetic Service Support Officer to support our Health & Wellness team to provide professional administration skills to our customers. Your enthusiasm, energy and communication skills will assist you to provide effective and efficient services for our programs. Reporting to the Health and Wellness admin lead you will provide efficient and accurate support to the broader team and handle administrative activities.
This position requires flexibility to work across various AnglicareSA sites Playford, Westbourne Park, Grange & Hindmarsh.
What can you expect to be doing?
- Attend to enquiries and respond appropriately to customers/staff/external stakeholders
- Front house greeting guests and general reception duties
- Maintain up-to-date files and records, including archiving and maintenance of electronic data.
- Generate supplier purchase orders and respond to and resolve enquiries and supplier concerns.
- Prepare, reconcile and process creditor invoices.
- Liaise with Manager to ensure completeness and accuracy of invoices.
- Accurately process and submit private health and Medicare claims.
- Actively participate in training, meetings and committees as required
What do you need to bring?
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience in liaising with a wide range of internal and external customers.
- Experience in billing, supplier accounts, administrations and basic accounting/finance activities.
- Experience in a medical/allied health clinic would be highly regarded.
- Proven ability to utilise Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Certificate IV Business Admin / diploma or equivalent proven experience is (desirable)
