Administration Support Officer – Port Hedland W.A
Toll Group is seeking an Administration Support Officer to join our dynamic team. Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for logistics and safety. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a wide variety of clerical and operational support duties. You’ll also be trained across all Toll Fuels admin functions and support compliance operations when needed. Your communication and organisation skills will be key to engaging with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Some of your responsibilities may include and not limited to:
Operational Support: engage with Shift Supervisors to assist in the onboarding of new drivers, book flights and accommodation for FIFO teams, and ensure rosters are set up.
Compliance and Safety: Process drivers' trip sheets, manage fatigue hours, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Data Management: Record delivery information, enter work hours into payroll systems, and maintain accurate records of kilometer readings for fleet assets.
Financial Oversight: Review and submit subcontractor invoices, raise purchase orders, and reconcile payroll.
Continuous Improvement: Actively seek areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and cost savings.
What you will bring to be successful in this role:
Previous experience in transport and logistics highly desirable or the willingness to learn and succeed.
Intermediate computer skills with particularly strong focus on excel skills.
A safety champion and a focus on compliance and safety
Demonstrated time management, delegation and prioritising skills.
