Value Added Services Coordinator – Ingleburn
The Role –
At Toll Group, we are currently seeking a driven and experienced Value Added Services Coordinator to join our team.
As a Value Added Services Coordinator, you will take ownership of coordinating client warehouse and transport operations, ensuring service levels are met and costs are kept within agreed budgets. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring timely deliveries, seamless warehouse operations, accurate billing, and fostering strong client relationships.
You'll also be responsible for planning transport bookings, developing KPIs, and leading value-added service (VAS) teams to exceed performance targets. It’s a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on continuous improvement, safety, and collaboration.
Duties and Responsibilities –
Coordinate all client relationships, performance, KPI's and costs and work on their permanent improvements.
Work cross functionally across the supply chain to achieve on time availability and with the markets and DC teams to achieve on time in full delivery.
Ensure that new workers are inducted, and trained in any SOPs, Safe Work Procedures, Traffic Management Plan, and Rules relevant to their role.
Participate in health and safety improvement activities, reviews, audits and consultation.
Assist with coordinating our clients’ interests in all aspects of quotation, processing; inventory control, inbound scheduling, receiving, order processing, packing, value added services and dispatch.
Ability to balance & meet the expectations of the client, Toll and shareholders.
What you’ll need to succeed -
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a strong understanding or warehouse and transport coordination.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy being results driven with a strong planning and analytical ability.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
Previous experience in despatch or transport coordination is a plus.
