Your new role
As the Talent Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding process across several areas of the business. Working closely with hiring managers and the wider team of experts, you will ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience from start to finish. Your duties will also include but not be limited to;
- Manage job advertisements, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
- Coordinate interview bookings, candidate communications, and feedback.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and assist with onboarding activities.
- Maintain and update databases and talent pipelines.
- Support workforce planning and provide regular updates on recruitment activity.
- Ensuring compliance is maintained at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful within this opportunity, you will have prior experience within recruitment, a positive team-focused attitude and the ability to adapt and thrive within a fast-paced environment. You will also have an eye for attracting top talent and attention to detail.
