Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced nurse to drive clinical leadership, direction and best practice clinical care to ensure optimised health outcomes across our 40 bed facility. As a proven leader, you will manage Clinical, Registered and Enrolled nurses, role modelling our values and leading by example at all times.
Calling upon your vast experience, you will lead your team in providing innovative, creative and personalised care to our residents. You will pair evidence based practice with a customer focused approach, supporting customers to exercise their choice and independence. This is the perfect opportunity for a driven nurse to make their mark in an established organisation.

What can you expect to be doing?
- Providing clinical leadership and driving a culture of safe, high-quality care aligned with best practices and Aged Care Standards.
- Monitoring service performance and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
- Overseeing accurate and compliant clinical documentation in line with AN-ACC requirements.
- Promoting a culture of learning and reflective practice among the team.
- Providing comprehensive case management to NDIS customers through liaison with the NDIA, assessment, planning, management, and budgetary compliance.
- Developing and implementing individualised care plans and rosters aligned with participant goals, care needs, and NDIS budgets.
- Coordinating service agreements, equipment purchases, and billing requirements to ensure NDIS compliance.
- Building collaborative relationships within AnglicareSA and with external providers to support re-integration of participants into the community.
What do you need to bring?
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Post-graduate qualification and/or relevant experience in Aged Care or Management will be highly regarded
- Familiarity with NDIS clients, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Sound knowledge of AN-ACC, Aged Care Act and the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) standards and competencies
- Proven leadership skills in effective staff development, retention and management
- A resident-focused mindset that seeks continuous improvement
