We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator to join our client's team.
Your new role
This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers, drive people and culture initiatives, and support new employees through their first six months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment processes: advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Conduct induction presentations and maintain employee records.
- Provide reports on recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Develop candidate pools for future recruitment needs.
- Ensure compliance with company and project requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant qualification and/or minimum of 2 years in HR or recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Familiarity with current HR/IR legislation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and perform under pressure.
