Your new role
In this role you will be looking after all facets of L&D, responsibilities include but not limited to:
- The Learning and Development Manager leads national L&D efforts, designing and managing programs to build workforce skills and support employee growth.
- They work with leaders to identify training needs, oversee training delivery, and ensure compliance.
- This role also involves maintaining the learning management system (ELMO) and keeping training records accurate.
- Key duties include developing an L&D strategy, designing training programs, managing onboarding, and ensuring mandatory training is completed.
- The L&D Manager supports leadership teams, partners with managers to address skills gaps, and monitors training effectiveness.
- They ensure all initiatives align with safety standards and the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
To be successful in this role
To be successful in this role, you will have held a similar role within L&D or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or a similar industry. You will have a demonstrated knowledge of HR operations, legislation, and best practices.
Current driving licence as some travel required.
What you'll get in return
This role offers you an attractive annual salary of $140,000 + super.
