We have an exciting opportunity for a Workstream Leader to join the Customer Transformation team at EnergyAustralia on a 24-month max term contract. Reporting to the Head of Customer Transformation, this leadership role will see you responsible for planning and execution of data cleansing, data remediation, data governance and data migration activity on the Customer Transformation Program.
Responsibilities include
- Support definition of migration segments and planning for migration sequencing
- overseeing and leading data cleansing and remediation activities
- Development and execution of robust data migration strategies including mapping between multiple systems
- Overseeing migration planning, mapping, and transformation processes to ensure quality, consistency and compliance with data governance and security standards
- Manage multidisciplinary teams, monitor progress, and resolve migration challenges to meet milestones
- Provide technical guidance to team members and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Anticipate, identify, and mitigate potential risks associated with the initiatives, offering solutions to overcome resistance and obstacles
About You
- Extensive experience with data migration initiatives
- Program delivery leadership experience in medium to large organisations which operate in complex and regulated services environments
- Critical thinker with demonstrated experience leading complex data migration activities in a customer and market focused business
- Superior understanding & experience in best practice project management competencies including scope, time, quality, people, communications, cost, risk and integration
- Outcome and improvement focused - proactive, result-oriented and able to satisfy internal customer expectations
- Commercial acumen to identify opportunities, develop compelling business cases and drive for benefits which capture to the ‘bottom line’
- Strong proven leadership - motivate, develop, and manage staff to achieve excellent levels of performance
