Your new role

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Efficiently manage the CEO and senior managers’ calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Organise and facilitate key events, including board meetings and industry conferences.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with discretion and promptness.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist with project management and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a membership body or not-for-profit organisation.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional and friendly approach, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
