Reporting to the Head of Customer Transformation, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Leader to join our Customer Business Unit. This leadership role is pivotal in driving the planning and delivery of various initiatives prioritised through the Customer Planning process. You will work closely with business leaders, project teams, vendors, and employees to ensure the successful execution and adoption of these initiatives.
About the Role
- Lead the ideation process and support business case validation and development for initiatives across various lines of business.
- Planning effective delivery
- Leading delivery of initiatives
- Effective reporting of progress of delivery to agreed milestones/budget
- Working with change management to design and deliver training programs for impacted employees, and anticipating, identifying, and mitigating potential risks.
- Collaborate with process owners to integrate new processes and systems into daily operations, measure and report benefit realisation and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, program sponsors, and key stakeholders, lead and oversee the execution of program initiatives, implement robust change management processes, and set clear vision, priorities, and objectives for the team, utilising coaching and feedback to achieve goals.
About You
- This role will suit a tenacious leader, and you will bring significant experience in program delivery leadership within medium to large organisations in complex and regulated environments.
- Proven high performer with superior people and thought leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage staff.
- Highly developed stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage, influence, and motivate.
- Exceptional communication skills, delivering clear and articulate messaging.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage competing business priorities.
- Superior analytical and change management capabilities.
