About the role
In this role you will lead a small team working on the end-to-end Enterprise Portfolio Investment cycle, shaping optimised long-, medium-, and short-term plans aligned with strategic objectives. Oversee Totex (Total Expenditure) portfolio balancing, annual works programs, and maintenance strategies to ensure efficiency, resource utilisation, and ISO55001 compliance.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead, develop and maintain of the Enterprise unconstrained investment portfolio in Copperleaf aligned to Core and Enabling Strategies
- Lead and facilitate investment scenario modelling for Executive to inform and guide Enterprise Portfolio decisions (Working with stakeholders including Regulatory, Strategy and Finance)
- Lead the development and management of a prioritised Enterprise Portfolio
- Develop and manage the short term Annual Works Program driving efficiency, accountability and high resource utilisation across Field and System delivery teams
- Lead the development & provision of rostering priorities across Field Ops program of works
- Lead the provision of Portfolio skill demand profile (by skill, region, depot) driven by the Prioritised Portfolio
- Lead the regulatory investment test process including seeking where appropriate non-network solutions/alternatives to inform investment decision-making
- Lead, manage and continually improve Endeavour Energy’s Asset Management System (AMS), (including ISO 550001 accreditation and AMS Governance) to ensure it continues to add value
Qualifications, Certifications and Licences
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business
Skills and Experience
- Specialised Professional: Generally 3-10 years experience in a similar/professional role in the Energy / Electrical industry
