About the role:
SaCSA is seeking an experienced CRM & Automation Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications Team. This newly-created role combines expertise in HubSpot administration with exceptional interpersonal skills, supporting our use of the platform and the people who use it day-to-day. This role also involves creating and implementing relevant integrations and automations between HubSpot and other third-party platforms, including Zapier and Monday.
The CRM & Automation Specialist will be responsible for:
- Overall administration of HubSpot, including internal user tech support and external escalations.
- Maintaining data integrity, conducting regular audits and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
- Designing and managing dashboards and reports to support SaCSA’s objectives.
- Extensive communication, consultation and training across our teams to tailor their user experience and educate them on best practice (including maintaining process documentation).
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve our efficiency, including through relevant integrations and automations.
About the Location, Flexibility and Travel:
This is a full-time role based in our Melbourne office near Flinders Station.
This role is being offered on a hybrid basis, with 2-3 days in the office each week depending on the team’s needs. We embrace flexibility and are open to flexible hours.
Some travel to other offices to support team training may be needed from time to time on an ad-hoc basis. The entire SaCSA Team also meets twice per year for two days to connect in person and attend training, workshops and celebrate our achievements (location TBA).
