About the role
 
We are looking for enthusiastic team players who are passionate about customer service.  As a Grants Officer your day will include answering a variety of enquiries by telephone and written communication whilst determining applications and extension requests for grants of aid within policy, guidelines and delegations to meet client service and Legal Aid NSW standards and benchmarks.
 
About you
 
With your exceptional communication skills, you provide consistent and courteous client service. You are well organised and have the ability to prioritise and multitask in a high-volume environment. Your drive and enthusiasm motivates you to deliver excellent customer service skills to successfully address complex client issues and needs.
 
 
We may use this recruitment to create a talent pool for similar ongoing or temporary vacancies we have over the next 18 months.

The essential requirements for this role
 
You must:
 
·         be willing to do a Criminal Record Check 
·         hold Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency (for ongoing vacancies) or a valid visa to work in Australia (for temporary vacancies)
