Salary Range: $97,182 - $110,708 (PN: 39278)
 
The Climate Change and Energy Policy Strategic Coordination unit is a small, varied, fast paced, and collaborative team. It provides support and strategic policy coordination across the whole branch and secretariat functions for the Climate Change and Energy Policy Branch’s engagement with external key forums and stakeholders.
 
The Senior Policy Officer, Strategic Coordination, will work closely with the Assistant Director to provide Secretariat services for Committees and Councils supported by the Branch, coordinate briefing for cross-jurisdictional Ministerial meetings and support delivery of the Minister’s annual report under the Climate Change and Greenhouse Gas Reduction Act 2010.
 
The Senior Policy Officer will be a collaborator, have well developed communication skills, the ability to think across a range of topics and adapt to a changing environment.
