Core Duties:
 

• Guide Clients: Help clients understand our service and choose the right energy provider.

• Match Needs: Find energy plans that fit clients needs and budget.

• Ask Questions:  Utilize inquiries to uncover clients' preferences and offer optimal choices.

• Build Rapport: Connect with clients for a great experience.

• Stay Motivated: Maintain enthusiasm and resilience while making calls.

• Understand Wishes: Grasp clients' desires through effective questioning.

• Present Options: Clearly explain suitable products for confident decisions.

What you’ll bring:
 

• Previous sales or call centre experience is desirable, but not essential!

• Previous energy sales or similar experience are a plus but not necessary!

• Passion and collaboration as a great team player.

• Commitment to surpassing key performance indicators.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
