Company Description:

JobCo. established in 1994, is a community based not-for-profit organisation with a reputation of high quality service provision in assisting unemployed people and people with mental health issues reconnect with their lives and live independently in the community.
 
JobCo. PHaMs is an initiative by the Australian Government funded by the Department of Social Services. The programme uses a strengths based recovery approach to provide services to people aged 16 and above whose ability to manage their daily activities is impacted by severe functional limitation resulting from mental illness.
 
Personal Helpers and Mentors support programme participants in their recovery journey, building long-term relationships and providing holistic support. They will ensure that services accessed by programme participants are coordinated, integrated and complementary to other services in the community.
