Company Description:

Established in 1976, Ability Options provides a range of services for people with disability across NSW. Choosing to focus on ability and encouraging our clients and participants to say ‘I can too’, our services are client focussed and include holistic life options.
 
Our services include Case Management, Connecting Health allied health services including work cover, Employment opportunities and support  for people with disability and the indigenous community, Individualised funding, Lifestyle Enhancement Programs, a wholesale nursery which provides  disability training and employment for 19 of its 26 employees,  services for children including out of school care and early intervention, supported living including accommodation and drop in support and our transition to work program which provides training in life skills e.g. travel training, to assist school leavers in making a smooth transition to ongoing employment .
 
These services bring independence to the people we support, enhance their lifestyles and allow the community to be enriched from working, supporting, befriending and advocating for people with disability.
