Employers need motivated people with the right skills for the job. The Brotherhood works in partnership with employers to broker a diverse range of work placements and job opportunities to suit employers’ needs. job. We have motivated, job-ready clients.
No employer is too big or too small to partner with the Brotherhood. Our current partners include ANZ, Woolworths, the Victorian Department of Transport and the City of Yarra.
Through our intensive support programs, the Brotherhood demonstrates that, with the right support, job seekers who have not previously been competitive in the labour market can improve their skills and become highly productive employees.
Our job seekers strengthen workplaces by creating socially inclusive and diverse environments. They also demonstrate tremendous commitment to make the most of employment opportunities.
