Before establishing NGO Recruitment in 2004, Richard Green was a professional fundraiser for international organisations, such as Greenpeace and UNICEF and Sydney based charities, the Bobby Goldsmith Foundation and the Inspire Foundation. As a senior fundraiser, Richard has sourced major donations from philanthropists, trust, foundations and the corporate sector. He also has a proven track record in increasing charities' returns on investment via extensive direct marketing and face to face fundraising programs.
